Medicare

Medicare is health insurance for people age 65 or older, people under 65 with certain disabilities, and people of all ages with End-Stage Renal Disease. Learn more about how the Affordable Care Act adds new stability and options for people with Medicare.  

Long-Term Care

Long-term care, sometimes called personal assistance, includes services to assist with daily living for people with a chronic illness or disability. It could include help with activities like dressing, bathing, and using the bathroom. Learn more about your options.
