Special Enrollment Periods through December 15, 2020

During Open Enrollment you can enroll in a health plan any time. Enroll by December 15, 2020 and coverage starts January 1, 2021.

But if you have certain life changes — like having a baby, getting married, or losing health coverage — you may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) that allows you to get coverage for the rest of 2020. Learn about Special Enrollment Periods during Open Enrollment.

Start or Update an Application

• If you have a qualifying event, we strongly recommend you fill out or update an application as soon as possible.
• When you apply we'll tell you when your coverage can start.
• You can apply for Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) any time of year. Just fill out a Marketplace application.
