Log in to HealthCare.gov, fill out an application, and enroll in a 2021 Marketplace health plan. Enroll by December 15, 2020, and coverage starts January 1, 2021.

Still need 2020 coverage?
Open Enrollment for 2020 plans is over. If you still want coverage for the rest of 2020:
- See if you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period due to a life event like losing other coverage, getting married, or having a baby.
- See if you qualify for Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). You can apply for these programs any time.
