Data matching issue (inconsistency)

A difference between some information you put on your Marketplace health insurance application and information we have from other trusted data sources.

If this happens, the Marketplace will ask you to submit documents to confirm your application information. This may include information about your household income, citizenship, immigration status, eligibility for other types of health coverage, or other items on your application. If you don’t submit acceptable documents by the deadline stated in the notice, you could lose your Marketplace plan, premium tax credits, and other help with costs.
